A View From the Bridge...

To the waters, and the wild, with a Faerie, hand in hand,
for the world is more full of weeping ... than you can understand.
~W.B. Yeats

Have a wonderful day!

I can look at pictures all day long...put me there in person...I have a panic attack...afraid of heights. Wonder what I've missed out on all these years?

SQ!! Thanks for your sweet comment! Yes, they were kind of golden/green. And a storm was just about to hit -- so I'm sure after it rolled through many leaves just blew away. Some autumns are kind of golden/green and never get too brilliant. This may be one of "those" seasons. LOL

Loree!! Thanks for your comment!! I was standing on the bridge and just pointed the camera over the side and snapped. It was a long way down, so I didn't linger! LOL

SG!! Thanks for your comment! Sorry you would have a panic attack!!! I am not too enamored of heights either -- like tall ladders especially. [I was useless hanging lights and doing electrical work when I was in drama school!] But for this shot I was on a bridge -- a big, sturdy bridge. I just walked to the center of the bridge, stood back from the railing, held the camera up a little and snapped a bunch of photos. Then hustled right off -- I think you could have done it too, and not have been gripped with panic. It's a small step but it helps. It's not going up in a hot air balloon, or sky-diving or cleaning windows on a skyscraper. Now those WOULD induce panic!!! :(
